The web application for reviewing tachograph data relies on DDD files from driver cards and tachographs.
For the application to process these files correctly and display the relevant information, drivers and vehicles must already be added to the system. Uploading files also lets you add your drivers and vehicles directly from a DDD file.
Steps to import DDD files
In the main menu, select "Upload files".
2. If you'd like to add a new driver or vehicle at the same time, check the "Add new driver/vehicle" option.
3. Select the files to upload by clicking in the middle of the upload box (browse and upload), or simply drag and drop the files into the box.
Possible upload errors
Driver doesn't exist — You need to add the driver to the system before uploading their file.
Vehicle doesn't exist — You need to add the vehicle to the system before uploading its file.
File already exists — This driver's/vehicle's file has already been added to the system.
File contains no activity — If your company card isn't properly registered in the tachograph when the vehicle records data, no vehicle activity is written to the file.
Corrupted file — Re-download the data from the driver card or tachograph. The file is missing data.
Monthly file quota reached — You've exceeded the monthly upload quota for this driver or vehicle. If you still need to add the file, send it to us at [→ preverite pravi e-mail, npr. [email protected]].
Recording date is in the future — The DDD file name contains a time and date that are in the future.
