Under the "Files" tab you'll find the archive of the driver's previously uploaded files, giving you full visibility and the option to download DDD files covering the activity periods you need.
Tip: The activity period contained in a file is shown in the DDD file's name.
How do I export a driver's file?
1. In the main menu, select "Drivers".
2. Find the driver in the list and click "Show".
3. In the top menu, click the "Files" tab.
4. Select the files you want to export and click "Action", then choose "Export"
💡 Tip: If you've already reached the upload limit, the platform lets you delete files uploaded in the last month. To delete them, select the files you want to remove and click "Action", then choose "Remove".
Archive of all driver files
Click the "Download" (Archive) button to save all of the driver's files to your computer.
Driver gaps
Under the "Files" tab, the platform shows periods of missing data between the driver's files. This lets you quickly spot driver gaps, which you can resolve by uploading DDD files.
