The monthly report for drivers provides a comprehensive overview of drivers' work and activities in a given month. It is designed for easier and faster access to key information relevant to payroll calculation and monitoring of drivers' working hours.
Report download procedure
In the main menu, select "Reports."
Click on "Drivers."
On the "Monthly Report," select the period and check the boxes for any additional report settings.
Click "XLSX" to generate the report.
The document will be prepared on the right side (Prepared Reports).
Click the "Download" button to save the file to your computer.
Additional report settings
Use employment dates: The report can be adjusted to show only the periods when the driver was employed.
Round to the nearest half hour: Drivers' working hours are rounded to the nearest half hour.
Tachograph activities: Includes detailed information on all activities recorded on the tachograph, such as driving, work, availability, rest, and unknown.
Absences: The report includes data on sick leave and annual leave, which affect the driver's working hours.
Work abroad: Option to display the driver's working time by country.
Description of Excel columns
Daytime work: Work time (driving + other work) between 6:00 and 23:00.
Nighttime work: Work time (driving + other work) between 23:00 and 6:00 in the morning.
Sunday work: Work performed on Sundays.
Holiday work: Work performed on public holidays.
Total working time: Sum of all working hours performed in the month.
Required hours: Number of working hours based on working days in the month.
Reduced monthly work obligation: Adjustment of working hours due to entered absences (annual leave and sick leave).
Difference: Difference between total working hours and required hours.
Presence: Total number of hours the driver was present at work.
Distance: Total distance traveled during the month.
Driving, work, availability, rest, unknown: Hours performed in each of these activities during the month.
