The monthly vehicle report offers a quick overview of the usage of all vehicles. It gives you an easy printout of the total distance traveled.
Report download procedure
In the main menu, select "Reports."
Click on "Vehicles."
On the "Monthly Report," select the period.
Click "XLSX" to generate the report.
The document will be prepared on the right side (Prepared Reports).
Click the "Download" button to save the file to your computer.
Description of Excel columns
VIN: The vehicle's chassis number.
Odometer: Odometer reading at the start and end of the month.
Distance: Number of kilometers traveled during the selected month.
