Daily Report for Drivers

Daily summary for the selected driver.

The daily report for a driver provides a detailed insight into an individual driver's working day, similar to the monthly report, except the data is shown for each day separately. The daily data view allows precise tracking of the driver's time present at work and analysis of the working day.


Report download procedure

  1. In the main menu, select "Reports."

  2. Click on "Drivers."

  3. On the "Daily Report," select the period, the driver, and check the boxes for any additional report settings.

  4. Click "XLSX" to generate the report.

  5. The document will be prepared on the right side (Prepared Reports).

  6. Click the "Download" button to save the file to your computer.

Additional report settings

  • Use employment dates: The report can be adjusted to show only the periods when the driver was employed.

  • Signature: The report includes space for a signature from both the company and the driver, serving as confirmation that the data has been reviewed and confirmed.

  • Round to the nearest half hour: Drivers' working hours are rounded to the nearest half hour.

  • Tachograph activities: Includes detailed information on all activities recorded on the tachograph, such as driving, work, availability, rest, and unknown.

  • Absences: The report includes data on sick leave and annual leave, which affect the driver's working hours.

  • Country: The report lists both the starting and ending country entries.

  • Vehicles used: Data on vehicles used during the day is shown, including start and end odometer readings.

  • Work abroad: Option to display the driver's working time by country.

Description of Excel columns

Start and end of working day: The start and end time of the driver's working day.

Length: Total duration of the working day.

Daytime work: Work time (driving + other work) between 6:00 and 23:00.

Nighttime work: Work time (driving + other work) between 23:00 and 6:00 in the morning.

Sunday work: Work performed on Sundays.

Holiday work: Work performed on public holidays.

Statutory working time: Sum of all working hours performed for each day separately.

Driving, work, availability, rest, unknown: Hours performed in each of these activities.

Country (start): The country in which the driver started the working day.

Country (end): The country in which the driver ended the working day.

Vehicles used: List of vehicles the driver used during the day.

Distance: Total distance traveled for each day separately.

Odometer at start and end: Data on kilometers traveled at the start and end of each vehicle's use.
